Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct production activities and set production priorities.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly production records.
• Manage staffing and training for direct reports with adequate overhead.
• Communicate with staff and management to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Conduct performance reviews to assess competency and development needs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cost-control efforts.
• Develop and implement operations policies to improve profitability.
• Ensure proper use and inventory of chemicals and supplies.
• Maintain safety, quality, HR and environmental compliance.
