Job summary

Speedrack Products Group in Michigan is seeking a Supervisor to oversee production, safety, maintenance and plant operations during the assigned shift, directing the workforce and coordinating between shifts to meet customer needs.

You will review and manage daily production schedules, maintain housekeeping standards, train staff on safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement and cost control in the facility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Fluent English, strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO/QS 9000.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate hourly workforce to meet production and quality requirements.
• Review and manage daily production schedules.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, PPE adherence and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost/scrap reduction programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor contracts and company policies.
• Document daily department metrics and attendance.
• Coordinate cross-department efforts to meet customer requirements.
