IPEX is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead night shift manufacturing operations at our Lynchburg, Virginia plant, reporting to the Production Manager. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives while fostering employee development and continuous improvement.

The role operates on a Night Shift from 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM on a Continental schedule, with responsibilities spanning supervision, scheduling, metrics tracking, and cross‑functional collaboration to minimize

Qualificações

• 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment with supervisory/leadership responsibilities.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Injection Molding processes, materials, tooling, and equipment is a strong asset.
• Strong leadership, coaching, written & verbal communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and output targets are achieved.
• Execute production schedules by optimizing labor resources, equipment utilization, and workflow.
• Lead shift transition meetings and communicate priorities, performance expectations, and operational updates.
• Monitor production metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve results.
• Coach, mentor, and develop production employees through performance management, training, and cross‑functional skill development.
