Job summary

Interface, Inc. is seeking a night shift supervisor to lead agglomeration and continuous mixer operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. The role focuses on guiding Team Leaders and Operators, managing staffing, and driving improvements on a 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM schedule.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Lean, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED with equivalent manufacturing leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets.
• Provide leadership during startups, shutdowns, and unplanned line stoppages.
• Schedule production and allocate resources to support trials and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and coach Team Leaders and Operators.
