Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Night Shift Production Lead to oversee a line of production associates during portioning, meal bagging/kitting, and shipping. The role requires leading, directing, guiding and training assigned production employees to meet daily targets.

The Production Lead will begin the shift ahead of production, obtain the day’s plan from the supervisor, and set up the lines per SOPs while ensuring packaging, labeling, and quality standards are met throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a line of production associates.
• Familiar with portioning, meal bagging/kitting and shipping.
• Ability to set up lines according to SOPs and targets.
• Strong communication with supervisor and team.
