• Communicate targets and performance to associates and monitor against the targets.
• Coordinate with warehouse to plan for shortages and communicate needs.
• Maintain SOPs for portioning, meal bagging/kitting, and shipping.
• Manage waste to minimize overproduction and waste of materials.
