Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a 3rd Shift Leader, Production to oversee and optimize our food ingredient manufacturing processes. You will lead a team, coordinate with operators, manage materials, and ensure safety, quality and production goals on the night shift.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, manufacturing experience (leadership preferred), forklift certification or ability to obtain it, and the ability to lift heavy items. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing with leadership preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it upon hiring.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lift 50–80 pounds and operate in a wet environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to Production Operators and Production Workers.
• Notify supervisor of raw material needs and issues.
• Follow process formulas using cheese, cream, butter, and cream cheese.
• Load and unload materials; package finished products.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain food safety and quality, following safety regulations.
