Job summary

Foremost Farms USA is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead production floor staff and drive engagement while balancing quality, service and efficiency. The role supports operational excellence across the plant network in Wisconsin.

The supervisor will oversee shift activities, mentor associates, ensure GMPs and safety, and coordinate with other stakeholders to maintain smooth production and complete required paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of job-related experience required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field.
• Preferred: 3 years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production floor employees, delegating work and scheduling.
• Evaluate processes and methods to drive continuous improvement in methods, equipment and safety.
• Address inquiries and problems regarding production, quality and work issues.
• Ensure quality standards and procedures are followed (GMPs, sanitation, food safety).
• Oversee completion of all production paperwork (records, inventory, sanitation reports).
