Job summary

Dairy Challenge is seeking a Production Supervisor for night shift (Mon-Fri 8:00pm-5:00am) with rotating weekend coverage to meet production schedules in Wisconsin and drive KPI improvements while upholding safety and food quality standards.

Responsibilities include training and mentoring staff, budgeting with the manager, ensuring SQF/GMP compliance, managing sanitation, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. 3–5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing and SAP familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety culture and training across the department.
• Plan, direct and supervise production activities.
• Partner with manager to meet budget and KPI goals.
• Ensure SQF/GMP compliance and food quality standards.
• Lead 5S, sanitation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
