Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG in Germantown, WI is seeking a Production Operator for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM). Under the Lead and Supervisor, you will produce food ingredients, follow formulas, and weigh, measure, and mix raw materials while upholding GMPs and food defense.

Key tasks include loading/unloading, packaging, operating forklift, cleaning equipment, and monitoring raw materials. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 50–80 lb; forklift

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of production or food service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification if needed.
• Able to lift 50–80 pounds and climb stairs as required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials.
• Package finished products.
• Operate forklift and material handling equipment.
• Clean machines and facilities.
• Monitor food safety and report issues to supervision.
• Assess raw materials for conformance and consistency.
