Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Production Operator for the 3rd shift in Germantown, WI. You will work with formulations, learning GMPs and standardized formulas for weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials, while supporting process operations across blending, drying, fermentation, extraction, and filtration.

The role requires safety-first behavior, the ability to operate equipment, and a willingness to work 11:00 PM–7:30 AM. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ to work in a plant.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• At least 1 year in production or food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and use proper PPE at all times.
• Follow DSM Life Saving Rules and safety directives.
• Set up, monitor and control blending, drying, extraction and filtration processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report issues.
