Actus Nutrition is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead night shift operations at our Fond du Lac facility, ensuring safe, efficient production of finished goods.

You will direct shift personnel, coordinate materials, monitor quality, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented leader with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• 3–5 years of strong mechanical and operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; food-grade facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct shift personnel to meet production targets.
• Organize raw materials and rework for production efficiency.
• Monitor hourly physical characteristics and adjust specs to ensure quality.
• Enforce safety and regulatory programs for long-term operation.
• Lead production staff; develop SOPs, safety standards, and training.
• Communicate KPI results daily to team and leadership.
• Coordinate maintenance and preventative maintenance with Maintenance.
• Assist with end-of-period inventory balancing.
