Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG in Germantown, WI is seeking a Production Operator for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11:00pm–7:30am) to formulate products, weigh, measure, and mix raw materials, and control processes such as blending, drying, fermentation, extraction and filtration.

You will follow GMPs, uphold safety standards, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate across teams. The role offers a $2000 sign-on bonus, potential shift differential, PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years old to work in a plant job.
• Basic computer skills and ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs and standardized formulas for weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials.
• Set up and control processes such as blending, drying, fermentation, extraction and filtration.
• Promote safety and housekeeping; wear PPE and follow safety rules.
• Work across teams to maintain safe, efficient production operations.
