Job summary

Bob Evans Farms, Inc. is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to coordinate daily production in our Harvest Manufacturing Facility. You will allocate daily work for teams, maintain safety, and drive a productive, compliant work environment across shifts.

The role requires 4–5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing setting, with strong leadership, communication, and HACCP/OSHA knowledge. Collaboration across functions is essential to sustain high performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a food manufacturing facility.
• Four to five years of progressive supervisory experience in industrial food manufacturing.
• Experience working in a Harvest (Pork Sausage) manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift production on the floor and enforce safety protocols.
• Supervise hourly staff; coach, counsel, discipline and manage timekeeping.
• Maintain production through continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor team members; identify efficiency gaps and implement fixes.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP and OSHA compliance and safe work practices.
