Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Production Lead for the night shift in Maryland to guide a line of production associates through portioning, meal bagging, and shipping. You will set up lines, train staff, and ensure targets are met by following SOPs and GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors and warehouse, checking ingredients, managing waste, and maintaining accurate production counts. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• General high school degree or equivalent.
• Strong attendance and performance record.

Responsibilities

• Guide and train production associates during portioning, meal bagging, and shipping.
• Set up portioning tables, meal bagging tables, and shipping lines to meet daily targets.
• Communicate targets and performance to the team and monitor progress.
• Enforce GMP and food safety policies on the production floor.
• Monitor waste and quality, coordinate with supervisor and warehouse as needed.
