Job summary

fairlife, LLC is hiring a Processing Technician in Goodyear, Arizona for a 12-hour night shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. The role involves testing ingredients, batching, blending, and ensuring quality and safety across processing lines.

You will monitor equipment, perform basic maintenance, and keep detailed records while following GMP and food safety standards. Joining our team includes comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to pass drug and background checks.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience on fast-paced production lines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, GMP, and workplace rules.
• Work safely on equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot problems and perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor equipment using gauges and listen for abnormal sounds.
• Move ingredients using FIFO and use hand carts and forklifts.
• Maintain regulatory records and quality checks.
• Clean equipment and production areas to stay audit-ready.
• Follow color-coded container policy in production areas.
• Keep daily records of finished goods and rejects.
• Assist in training new personnel; perform other duties as assigned.
