Job summary

fairlife, LLC is a Chicago-based nutrition company that creates great-tasting, nutrition-rich dairy products to nourish consumers. This 12-hour night shift position runs from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with every other weekend.

You will perform processing roles when the operator is absent, including Se partition, RO Milk, Membrane, Pre Batching, UHT and CIP. Responsibilities include safe operation of processing equipment, maintaining GMP-compliant practices, taking QA

Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor process issues and know when to escalate.
• Willingness to ask for assistance when the process is unclear.
• Basic math and measurement skills are required.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tetra Aldose, Alsafe and UHT pasteurization equipment in a safe, sanitary manner per GMPs.
• Perform start-up and shut-down procedures and CIP/COP cleaning.
• Take product samples for QA testing and monitor CIP system strengths.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and train team members as needed.
• Follow scheduling and shift requirements as part of rotating night shifts.
