Fairlife, a Chicago-based nutrition company, is looking for a skilled Instrument Controls Technician (ICT) in Goodyear, AZ. This role involves installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control systems essential for production line efficiency and food safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in the food or beverage industry, a deep understanding of PLC systems, and strong troubleshooting skills. The position operates on a rotating 12-hour night schedule, providing a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Instrument Technician in a food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Working knowledge of PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA platforms.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems.
• Support and troubleshoot PLC based control systems on the Processing and Packaging lines.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and quality teams to resolve recurring equipment issues.
