Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor processing equipment used to produce tortilla chips.
• Monitor equipment and adjust as needed to keep production running smoothly.
• Collaborate with QA to complete quality checks.
• Retrieve, stage, and prepare raw materials.
• Complete production logs and usage entries.
• Sanitize and clean equipment per procedures.
• Communicate with processing and packaging teams to maintain flow.
• Train and support new team members.
• Follow safety, food safety and quality procedures.
• Maintain clean work area and participate in housekeeping.
• Operate forklifts and high-reach equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
