Job summary

fairlife, LLC in Goodyear, AZ is hiring a Processing Technician to test ingredients, batch, blend, and process products while following documentation. The role includes startup, flavor changes, sanitation and basic maintenance of blending and processing equipment.

You will monitor equipment, meet quality specs, and support safety procedures on a 12-hour night shift (6 PM–6 AM) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Pass the drug test and pass the background check.
• A High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• Basic computational skills required. Simple math and reasoning required.
• Team-oriented and self-directed.
• Experience with high speed production lines (fast-paced production environment)

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, GMP, and workplace rules.
• Ability to work in a safe, efficient manner on equipment and follow all safety procedures including the use of safety equipment to produce a quality product that meets all quality specifications.
• Troubleshoot problems, perform minor repairs using the correct tools, and perform preventive maintenance tasks on the Processing equipment and report malfunctions to a supervisor to expedite repairs
• Demonstrate monitoring skills, using visual observation of gauges and listening to mechanical sounds to make sure the equipment is working properly
• Keep daily records of finished goods and rejected materials
