Qualifications

• 6-12 months previous experience with mail/USPS preferred
• Ability to operate pallet jack
• Experience using a meter machine preferred
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with interruptions and under pressure
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Organize and identify mail by grouping letters, flats, and postcards
• Review pickup slips from driver routes and verify container counts
• Recognize different mail types and organize job queues
• Identify customers’ mail using meter lists and tools
• Promote a clean work area to prevent injuries
• Perform additional duties as required
