The role involves heavy lifting, shift work, and collaboration with drivers and teams to meet SLAs. Training and certifications are provided as part of Presort Academy, with benefits and weekly pay opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain current certifications as outlined for Presort Academy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive heavy lifting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Presort: review date, postage, and barcodes; ensure proper mail sorting and quality control.
• Dispatch: prepare and stack sorted mail, assist inbound/outbound processing, coordinate with drivers.
• General: monitor mail quality, follow quality systems, maintain safe, clean work area; perform additional duties as required.
