Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT is seeking a technically skilled operator to polish precision optics on conventional spindle equipment. You will inspect, measure, and test lenses to ISO standards while maintaining a safe workspace and strict adherence to 5S and PPE requirements.

The role requires basic math, blueprint interpretation, and the ability to work a front end night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and alternating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Intermediate math skills including basic geometry are needed.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Polish precision optics on conventional spindles.
• Inspect and test optics to ISO standards.
• Measure work-pieces with micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
• Follow written/verbal English work instructions and document actions.
• Maintain a safe operating environment and wear PPE per 5S guidelines.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies and maintain shift continuity.
