Job summary

Qualifications

4-7 years of continuous polishing machine experience.
High School or trade school graduate or GED.
Intermediate math including geometry and trigonometry.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows 10, MS Office & SAP.

Responsibilities

Grind and polish optics on conventional spindles, continuous grinders and polishers.
Perform blocking and unblocking of parts.
Work safely on fragile high-value optics.
Measure work-pieces for conformance to specifications.
Notify supervisor of discrepancies.
Follow written and spoken English work instructions.
