Baillow Recruiting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager (NIGHTS) for a major mechanical construction project in Fargo, ND. You will lead mechanical construction activities from planning through closeout, coordinating with field teams and ownership groups.

The ideal candidate has proven experience managing mechanical projects, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing mechanical construction projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting abilities.
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced construction environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and mission-critical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and labor forecasting.
• Coordinate closely with field leadership, fabrication teams, and ownership groups.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reporting.
• Ensure quality, safety, and commissioning standards are achieved.
• Communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership teams.
• Drive project execution in a fast-track mission-critical environment.
