Baillow Recruiting LLC is seeking a Production Team Lead in the Fargo area to guide a hands-on manufacturing team. You will lead daily priorities, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety and quality while driving efficiency.

The role emphasizes mentoring teammates and maintaining a cooperative work atmosphere. The position offers a weekday schedule—Monday to Thursday, with Friday half-day—no weekend work, and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort operating manufacturing equipment.
• Hands-on leadership with a willingness to jump in and help the team.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and keep a team on track.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
• Comfortable working with computers and ERP systems.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage changing priorities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support production team members throughout the day.
• Assign daily work priorities to help meet production goals and deadlines.
• Work alongside the production team and serve as a backup across different workstations.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are consistently followed.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment, machine setup, and production issues.
• Help identify opportunities to improve workflow and overall efficiency.
• Coordinate material usage and work orders.
• Complete production-related data entry within the company’s ERP system.
• Support cross-training and employee development.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented production environment.
