Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is seeking a seasoned Heavy Civil Project Manager to join our Fargo, ND team. You will lead complex infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and owners to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in heavy civil PM, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with CM software like HCSS HeavyBid/HeavyJob or AGTEK.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with earthwork, utilities, site development, concrete, roadways or related infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as HCSS HeavyBid/HeavyJob/AGTEK.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain relationships with owners, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and monthly reporting.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
