Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for a growing commercial construction firm in Fargo, ND. You will lead complex renovations, healthcare, government, and institutional projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in commercial, healthcare, government, or industrial construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
Strong scheduling, budgeting, cost control, subcontractor management, and field operations knowledge.
Proficient with Procore, Primavera, MS Project or similar PM software.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and schedule.
Experience in occupied or regulated environments is highly preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
Lead meetings, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and maintain relationships.
Ensure safety, quality assurance, and compliance with codes on site.
