Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a 4-day work week. You’ll coach a large team, drive performance, and run a fast-paced operation focused on outstanding service and profitability.

The role offers a competitive salary in the $55,000–$80,000 range plus $15/hr Appreciation Pay and performance bonuses of $600–$3,000+ based on sales growth. This is a hands-on leadership position with growth potential.

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
