Cook Out Restaurants seeks a PM General Manager to lead the night shift in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You’ll coach a large team, optimize labor and food costs, and deliver outstanding guest service while managing the P&L from a night operations perspective.

The four-day work week and 3 days off offer strong work-life balance, with performance bonuses and appreciation pay that reward results and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven ability to train talent and build winning teams.
• Ability to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.

Responsabilités

• Coach a large team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strengthen teamwork, ensure gold-standard customer service and manage P&L (labor, food, and paper costs).
