Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a four-day work week and a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, team development, and cost control.

You’ll coach a sizeable team in a high-volume setting, drive P&L responsibilities, and celebrate performance with bonuses and appreciation pay while enjoying three days off each week and a flexible, but structured, schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the night shift and coach a large team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Manage P&L including labor, food, and paper costs.
• Develop team members and ensure high standards of customer service.
