Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to own the night shift, coaching a large team and driving results in a high-volume environment. You’ll lead from the front, manage the P&L, and deliver strong customer service with a focus on cost control and team performance.

The role offers a 4-day work week starting at 4:45 PM, three full days off, and a compensation package including $55,000–$80,000 plus performance bonuses and appreciation pay.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven coaching and training ability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
