Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a hands-on, high-energy approach. You’ll coach a large team, protect guest experience, and manage the P&L across labor, food and paper while driving results in a fast-paced, high-volume store.

The role offers a 4-day workweek starting at 4:45 PM, three full days off, competitive salary $55,000–$80,000 plus performance bonuses and $15/hour appreciation pay, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and other

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.
• Ability to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead the night shift team to deliver gold-standard customer service.
