Job summary

Cook Out is seeking a PM General Manager to lead the night shift in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. You’ll coach a large team, drive guest satisfaction, and own P&L responsibilities from the front. This role rewards hustle with strong pay, bonuses, and career growth.

Work four shifts per week, starting at 4:45 PM, with three full days off. Competitive salary plus performance bonuses and appreciation pay, plus benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven track record in training talent and building winning teams.
• Strong communication skills to motivate a diverse crew and engage customers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead a large team during the night shift.
