This role offers a 4-day schedule starting at 4:45 PM, with significant upside through performance bonuses and appreciation pay. We value hustle, teamwork, and a strong leadership presence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant/hospitality management.
• Proven track record in coaching and developing teams.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
