Cook Out is seeking a PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a hands-on, high-impact approach. You will coach a large team, drive performance, and ensure outstanding guest service while managing labor, food, and paper costs.

The role offers a 4-shift work week starting at 4:45 PM, three full days off, and a compensation package featuring $55,000–$80,000 plus up to $15/hour Appreciation Pay and monthly bonuses based on sales growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.
• Ability to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.
• Thrives under high-paced, high-volume conditions.
