Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a hands-on leadership style. You’ll coach a large team, drive performance, and uphold top-tier customer service while managing labor, food, and paper costs.

Work four shifts weekly starting 4:45 PM, with three full days off each week. Earn a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $80,000 plus performance bonuses and appreciation pay of $15/hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience, restaurant/hospitality preferred.
• Proven coaching experience and ability to train teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a diverse crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large night-shift team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Coach and develop staff while managing customer service standards.
• Oversee P&L elements including labor, food, and paper costs.
