Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Plumbing-focused Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair critical plumbing systems in industrial and commercial facilities. You will diagnose failures, support HVAC and electrical systems as needed, and maintain detailed CMMS records while ensuring safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial/industrial plumbing with large-scale water distribution and process piping.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems and general mechanical systems for facilities support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex plumbing failures.
• Valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, journeyman plumber license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial/industrial plumbing systems and associated piping.
• Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using appropriate tools and leak detection techniques.
• Support building operations for HVAC, electrical components and building automation controls.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain logs, work orders, and CMMS records.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized installations and major maintenance projects.
• Participate in after-hours emergency response and on-call rotation when required.
