Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Plumber to perform preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance for our commercial client portfolio. The role requires installing and repairing pipes, fixtures, and related components to code and safety standards.

You will work with hand and power tools, conduct drain cleaning, DWV work, and document tasks in CMMS. Night shifts and on-call availability may be required, with a focus on reliability and quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in plumbing for commercial environments.
• Ability to work night shifts and be on call when needed.
• Ability to use hand and power tools for installation and repair.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures, including sinks, showers, commodes, water heaters, and dishwashers.
• Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Performs work in accordance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Maintains CMMS documentation and proper records.
