• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of four years in building maintenance with a trade school credential (HVAC, electronics or related).
• Universal CFC certification is required.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, specs and blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Perform installation, maintenance, repair and operation of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Operate building systems safely and in line with regulatory standards.
• Learn building control and UPS systems; follow PM program.
• Inspect and repair pumps, fans, valves, motors and related equipment.
• Keep accurate electronic maintenance records and serve as on-call engineer as needed.
