Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a Plumber to perform preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance for our commercial clients. The role emphasizes safe, compliant work and daily CMMS documentation.

Responsibilities include installing and repairing pipes, fixtures, and valves, with attention to DWV and water supply systems. Candidates should have at least 1 year of plumbing maintenance experience and be willing to work night shifts and on call as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• A minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience in Plumbing for commercial environments required.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces and handle night shifts/on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures including sinks, showers, commodes, water heaters, and dishwashers.
• Performs daily maintenance tasks such as drain cleaning, DWV work, and water line repairs.
• Completes CMMS documentation and maintains safety standards.
• Provides mentorship and collaborates with technicians as needed.
• Operates with a clean, safe work area and responds to on-call requirements.
