Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality, waste control, productivity and uptime of process equipment. The role requires coordinating with maintenance and operations teams to meet performance targets.

You will assist the Superintendent, manage the safety program and support training, scheduling and communication. The position emphasizes safe operation, reliable production, and strong teamwork at a CRH facility

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Driver’s license.
• Ability to plan and direct the work of others.
• Ability to perform, analyze and interpret laboratory tests for process adjustments.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing operation detail: oversee the facility in the Superintendent's absence.
• Manage safety program and lead by example in performing in a safe manner.
• Assist in managing daily plant operational issues and keep the Superintendent informed of such.
• Stay informed of issues in the plant and ensure effective resolution of identified issues and needs.
• Assist in identifying maintenance issues and coordinate maintenance scheduling as needed, to minimize production downtime.
• Provide personnel and resources to plant maintenance technicians as needed.
• Assure that current sampling, testing protocols and subsequent reporting are properly handled.
• Maintain positive customer relations and adherence to contract.
• Assists in overseeing the work of others contracted to work on plant components.
• Regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
