Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years industry and office experience.
• Knowledge of construction products, computers, inventory.
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant operations, maintenance and staff to ensure non-stop production.
• Set production goals and ensure proper housekeeping of the plant.
• Analyze scorecards and production reports for performance.
• Oversee yard/warehouse personnel and staffing adjustments.
• Plan inventory of raw materials and finished goods to meet schedules.
• Control costs, monitor quality, and pursue cost-reduction opportunities.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and document hours/timekeeping.
