Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, seeks an Operations Manager to lead the production department, ensuring safe, timely and cost-effective manufacturing and shipment of products. You will work with maintenance, quality and process teams, guiding staff and aligning goals with plant and corporate strategy.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in operations, and strong Lean/Six Sigma expertise to drive continuous improvement and 5S, visual metrics and process control.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a functional operations role.
• Proven ability to use lean tools to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to meet safety, quality and budget targets.
• Develop SOPs, train staff and implement operational systems.
• Drive continuous improvement with 5S and visual management.
• Collaborate with maintenance, QC and supply chain to align plans.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
