Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, seeks a Laborer to keep the facility site clean during and after projects and to assist equipment operators. The role involves physical tasks and support across the site, with a strong emphasis on safety and timely performance.

No prior experience is required; candidates must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle and lift up to 50 pounds. This is a hands-on, on-site position at our Marissa facility.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
• Lift heavy loads up to 50 pounds and navigate construction job site terrain.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery, including construction vehicles.
• Perform set-up and clean-up tasks at job site; includes sweeping, shoveling, raking and cleaning equipment using a pressure washer.
• Perform general maintenance of construction equipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
• Spotting for equipment operators.
• Provide labor support as needed.
• Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
