Vulcan Materials Company in Warrenton, VA is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to keep site reliability through inspections, preventive maintenance, and routine upkeep with minimal supervision.

The role requires 2–5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience, a High School diploma or GED, MSHA certification or willingness to obtain it, and a valid driver’s license. Night shift operates 2:00pm–12:00am, with a 20% shift differential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2–5+ years mechanical maintenance in aggregate/mining.
• MSHA certification or willingness to obtain training.
• Active valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pre/post-shift equipment and perform PM tasks.
• Troubleshoot and replace basic mechanical components (conveyors, pumps).
• Perform repairs including welding, cutting, grinding; rebuild parts.
• Order parts and drive company truck to pick up parts.
• Maintain service logs and maintenance records for equipment.
• Assist in maintenance of mobile equipment.
• Follow MSHA/OSHA rules and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
