Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the aggregate or construction industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of general principles and practices of industrial maintenance, construction, or aggregate production is preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands.
• Must have some knowledge of industrial tools, their uses, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and prioritize safe operations at all times.
• Repair and maintain plant equipment including crushers and conveyors.
• Repair and maintain mobile equipment (loaders, skid steers) and perform PM services.
• Inspect equipment and structures to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Monitor plant processes and materials for safety and compliance.
• Document maintenance and lubrication reports for preventative care.
• Perform general physical activities to support plant operations.
• Assist in railcar unloading and related tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
