Responsibilities include inspections, lubrication, minor repairs, welding and grinding for wear parts, and maintaining accurate service records in a safety-first environment, following MSHA/OSHA and LOTO standards.

Qualifications

• Involves performing pre/post-shift inspections and basic maintenance tasks.
• Familiar with replacing basic mechanical components and pumps.
• Adheres to MSHA/OSHA and LOTO protocols for safety.
• Maintains clear maintenance records and logs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections and perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and replace basic mechanical parts including belts, pulleys, pumps.
• Perform structural repairs with welding, cutting, and grinding where needed.
• Adhere to MSHA/OSHA regulations and execute LOTO protocols.
• Observe operations to identify anomalies and make minor adjustments.
• Record service logs and maintenance records for plant equipment.
