Branch's Civil Division is seeking a dependable Pipe Foreman to coordinate pipeline operations and supervise pipe crews. The Foreman works with Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure timely project completion while monitoring materials, permits, and safety compliance.

The role emphasizes planning, communication with Owner/Engineer teams, and adherence to regulations. Travel is infrequent and supervision may involve 5+ employees.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with owners, engineers and crew.
• Ability to plan work and coordinate multiple crews safely.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT guidelines and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises lay out, assembly and installation of various sizes of pipe.
• Preplans and schedules pipe installation with supervision.
• Ensures proper storage of materials and equipment inventory.
• Maintains safety programs and OSHA compliance at jobsites.
• Provides daily reports and ensures quality control and contract compliance.
