Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, draw blood, and prepare specimens for lab testing in a fast-paced environment.

You will verify patient demographics, maintain accurate records, and provide trustworthy, confidential service across doctor offices or service centers. The role offers flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts in the Eastern Time Zone.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience required.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Flexibility to cover weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must be able to follow Policies & Procedures including safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Draw-quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and create a trustworthy, confidential atmosphere.
• Verify patient demographics and post-venipuncture label accuracy.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Represent the company professionally to patients and staff.
